Service Provision Conditions

Conditions for provision of free services
  • Flaws in quality, performance and functions under normal use and proper handling before the termination of the free warranty period.

Conditions for provision of paid services
Payment services apply when as follows.
  • Flaws in quality, performance and functions under normal use and proper handling after the termination of the free warranty period.
  • Flaws in product resulting from disasters (fire, flood, lightning/thunderbolt, etc.) regardless of the free warranty period termination date
  • Flaws in product resulting from clients' intentional or negligent actions regardless of the free warranty period termination date
  • Flaws in product resulting from remodeling/modification regardless of the free warranty period termination date
  • Absence of serial number and warranty stickers on the damaged product regardless of the free warranty period termination date.
  • Excessive amount of dust and other foreign substances indicating that the product was not being used in normal environment regardless of the free warranty period termination date.

Conditions when service provision is impossible
  • Cases of paid service provision when repair and restoration are impossible (remodeling/modification, destruction and/or heavy damage, disaster, etc.)
  • Termination of free and/or paid warranty period

Early failure
  • Early failure products are replaced within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • However, the client must produce documents proving the purchase date (receipt, deal statement, statement of purchase items), hand/simple receipts are not accepted.
  • If the purchase date cannot be proved, free services are applied.

Shipment fee conditions
  • Two-way shipment fees for early failure products within 14 days from the purchase date are covered by the company.
  • One-way shipment fees after 14 days from the purchase date and until the termination of the free warranty period are covered by the company.
  • After the beginning of paid warranty period two-way shipment fees are covered by the client.
  • In all cases except early failure the client can use any postal service after making an advance payment.

Free and paid warranty periods for products
  • Laptop coolers: 2-year free warranty, paid warranty until the discontinuation of the product
  • Power supplies: 3-year free warranty, paid warranty until the discontinuation of the product
  • PC cases: 2-year free warranty, paid warranty until the discontinuation of the product
  • Thermal compounds: 2-year free warranty, paid warranty not provided
  • Gaming mice: 2-year free warranty, paid warranty until the discontinuation of the product replacement.
  • Gaming headsets: 2-year free warranty, paid warranty until the discontinuation of the product replacement.

Service provision methods
  • Products sent directly to receive A/S service (COMPONENT PARTS ARE NOT SOLD SEPARATELY):
    Laptop cooler, power supplies, gaming mice, gaming headsets
  • Products that receive service after confirmation of the problem via photo/video
    PC cases: shipment of faulty parts (component parts can be bought separately)
  • Thermal compounds: shipment of new product after the confirmation of defect

Other conditions
  • According to the situation, product exterior and specifications can be changed without prior notice.
  • A/S services are provided only after receiving the faulty product, delivery of goods from the warehouse is not possible.
  • Please check the service center business hours if you visit the office in person.
  • Please write your name, contact details, address, and briefly describe the problem when you send the product.
  • Please make sure the package is safe, as the company is not responsible for any product damage during the shipment.
  • The company can dispose the product if there is no contact or personal visit within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Examination of the system except the company's product is not provided, the company is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from delivery and examination requested by the client.
